⢠Represent Triumph's Equipment Finance Division in local and regional markets ⢠Originate equipment-based loans by initiating and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients ⢠Assist in underwriting new transactions from inception to funding, including seeking credit approval ⢠Build and develop a business strategy and network of direct and intermediary relationships ⢠Manage relationships with existing and prospective borrowers ⢠Qualify prospective borrowers by reviewing company and owner financial and non-financial information against loan policy and target-market requirements ⢠Sell prospective borrowers on offered terms and conditions ⢠Lead negotiation of loan structures during the proposal stage ⢠Review monthly delinquency reports and assist with collection activity ⢠Identify, qualify, and refer non-equipment-based lending opportunities to appropriate Triumph business units ⢠Represent Triumph Equipment Finance in the assigned territory in alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values
⢠5 to 7 years in equipment-based finance or a similar industry ⢠Outside sales experience preferred ⢠Strong credit fundamentals within a banking or finance company environment ⢠Demonstrated ability to generate and close transactions in the $1 million to $50 million range ⢠Direct origination experience with prospective clients ⢠Problem-solving and decision-making proficiency ⢠Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills ⢠Attention to detail and mental concentration for handling interruptions and multiple ongoing tasks in a fast-paced environment ⢠Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ⢠Professional verbal and written communication skills ⢠Regular, predictable attendance ⢠Ability to work in a confined area ⢠Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period ⢠Ability to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate computer keyboard and telephone ⢠Light to moderate lifting ability ⢠Bachelor's degree is preferred
