📋 Description

• Develop and implement national operational standards and best practices for Commercial Risk servicing and support functions • Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance productivity across regions • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards; monitor risk and implement corrective actions • Collaborate with IT and business leaders to optimize agency management systems and leverage automation tools • Establish KPIs and reporting dashboards to measure operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement • Partner with regional operations leaders, client service teams, and senior management to align operational initiatives with business objectives • Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to regional teams on operational policies, procedures, and system utilization • Lead operational integration efforts during mergers, acquisitions, or organizational restructuring

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, or related field • 6–8 years in insurance brokerage operations • Demonstrated expertise in Commercial Risk and process improvement • Advanced knowledge of operational best practices and process improvement methodologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and drive decisions • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with agency management platforms • Strong understanding of commercial insurance workflows, compliance requirements, and agency management systems • Experience with national or multi-regional operational oversight and change management initiatives • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
