📋 Description

• Coordinate patient onboarding from referral through therapy start • Verify insurance coverage and communicate patients’ financial responsibility • Identify, secure, and manage financial assistance and copay support • Maintain accurate and complete patient records throughout care • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute care plans • Serve as a point of contact for providers, payers, and referral sources • Monitor workflows and identify efficiency and patient satisfaction improvements • Support onboarding and mentoring of new team members • Uphold and enhance policies and procedures • Address and resolve patient or partner concerns promptly

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in healthcare, customer service, contact center, or related field • Strong communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Commitment to teamwork and patient experience • Preferred: experience in pharmacy, home health, or home infusion • Preferred: knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification • Preferred: experience supporting financial assistance programs • Preferred: prior mentoring experience • Florida residence • Home internet through a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working at home
