📋 Description

• Commit to and achieve monthly and quarterly sales and persistency goals • Manage an assigned portfolio of brokers, agencies, and markets within the IFP footprint • Recruit and develop new broker and agency relationships through email, phone calls, in-person visits, and regional broker conferences • Provide first-class service to broker partners and serve as their main point of contact • Maintain current knowledge of dental trends, competitive intelligence, and other market indicators • Develop strong external relationships with general agents, brokers, and key producers • Present Cigna products and capabilities at broker launch meetings • Conduct seminars in person and by phone • Attend regional broker conferences and trade shows • Use analytical skills and technology tools, including Salesforce and other CRM tools, to plan and execute sales activities • Execute IFP’s broker distribution strategy and drive individual dental sales through broker recruitment, education, training, and engagement

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 2+ years of relevant sales experience desired, preferably in Dental Sales, Individual Dental Insurance, Medicare or Individual Health Sales • Individual Dental and/or ancillary product experience strongly preferred • Insurance License or ability to obtain an Insurance License within the first 90 days • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to navigate virtual platforms • Experience with Salesforce is a plus • Established broker relationships preferred • History of consistently delivering sales results • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners and drive positive energy through influential leadership • Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presence • 10–25% overnight travel required • For occasional or permanent home working, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
