📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of Pharmacy Services strategic priorities and annual business objectives • Translate business goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes • Monitor key initiatives and provide visibility into risks, dependencies, and opportunities • Support business reviews, leadership meetings, and strategic planning activities • Coordinate operating rhythms for the Pharmacy Services leadership team • Drive follow-up and accountability for decisions and action items • Prepare executive presentations, updates, and meeting materials • Lead and coordinate high-priority cross-functional initiatives • Partner with Operations, Clinical Services, Revenue Cycle Management, Client Success, Product, Finance, Human Resources, and Health System Services teams • Facilitate collaboration and issue resolution across stakeholder groups • Support organizational communications, leadership messaging, and change management • Maintain governance processes and reporting mechanisms • Develop dashboards, status updates, and executive summaries • Identify process-streamlining and organizational-effectiveness opportunities • Lead strategic projects and analyses for the Managing Director and Pharmacy Services leadership team • Conduct research, gather insights, and develop recommendations • Support business transformation, integration, and organizational effectiveness initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy services, consulting, business operations, project management, strategy, or related fields • Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations • Experience working in matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Preferred: Experience in pharmacy services, specialty pharmacy, healthcare operations, or health system services • Preferred: Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams • Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare operations, reimbursement, revenue cycle, or clinical service environments • Preferred: Experience in organizational change management or business transformation initiatives • Home internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working from home
