• Act as a strategic thought partner and force-multiplier for the CEO and COO • Organize and support the executive and senior leadership teams • Manage strategic time, schedules, agendas, meeting materials, and executive priorities • Plan and execute strategic conferences, high-level meetings, and company-wide events • Provide strategic context and recommendations for executive decision-making • Connect different organizational initiatives • Lead executive and leadership team meetings, documenting decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines • Own the operating cadence, meeting calendars, agendas, decision logs, and follow-through for executive and senior leadership teams • Own investor relations strategy and execution, including investor updates, board materials, reporting commitments, and investor communications • Manage relationships and communications with philanthropic and grant funders • Support board and investor meetings through agenda development, presentations, minutes, and follow-through • Facilitate engagement between executive leadership and external stakeholders, including investors, foundations, health plans, and government partners • Lead development and tracking of OKRs and contribute to strategic planning • Conduct research and analysis for executive decision-making • Drive enterprise-wide initiatives across functional areas • Manage cross-functional special projects from requirements gathering through early project management • Monitor and report KPIs to the executive team • Support organizational culture and cross-functional efficiency • Develop strategic planning processes aligned with organizational objectives • Partner with the People Team to align initiatives with mission and values • Build and drive fundraising strategy across venture capital, foundations, and philanthropic/government grants • Manage the funder pipeline, including prospect research, targeting, outreach, diligence, data room management, and close tracking • Lead grant strategy and execution, including opportunity identification, proposal submission, reporting, and compliance • Develop fundraising narratives and supporting materials, including pitch decks, financial and impact metrics, and diligence responses • Maintain relationships with state and national government officials supporting funding objectives • Track and brief leadership on venture capital, healthcare philanthropy, grant funding, government, and regulatory trends • Attend conferences, investor meetings, and funder events in support of the CEO and COO
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, public policy, or related field preferred • 7+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within a healthcare organization, venture-backed startup, investment firm, foundation or philanthropic organization, and/or consulting practice • Direct experience supporting or leading fundraising, including pipeline development, diligence, and close • Experience working directly with senior executives, board members, and investors • Experience preparing executive-level materials, such as board decks, investor updates, pitch materials, grant proposals, and strategic memos • Track record of successful project management and operational excellence • Expert knowledge of the healthcare landscape • Strong strategic thinking and planning capabilities • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • Superior written and verbal communication abilities • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics • Political acumen and government relations experience • Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies • Strong project management and execution skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize multiple competing demands and maintain attention to detail • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities • Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information • Approximately 20–25% travel to markets, conferences, and company meetings as required • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Must be legally authorized and eligible for employment in the United States • Must not require sponsorship now or in the future to work in the United States
