📋 Description

• Create and maintain clinical addendums, drug lists, program documentation, and client-specific clinical deliverables • Support implementation of clinical programs for Commercial Division clients • Execute benefit setup requests, clinical enrollments, formulary updates, and operational follow-up activities • Develop clinical and financial models to evaluate program impacts, utilization trends, and client-specific scenarios • Produce standard and custom reporting to support client requests and business initiatives • Partner with Account Teams, Clinical Operations, Product, Underwriting, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve complex client and operational issues • Serve as a liaison between business partners and operational teams to ensure successful implementation of client requests • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and quality • Support development and maintenance of SOPs, process documentation, job aids, and training materials • Participate in initiatives focused on automation, workflow optimization, governance, and operational controls

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to interpret complex clinical, operational, and financial information • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with Excel, reporting tools, and business systems • Ability to collaborate effectively across matrixed organizations • Process improvement and operational excellence mindset • Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload when working from home
