📋 Description

• Lead and execute month-end close processes in accordance with GAAP • Prepare and review journal entries and supporting documentation • Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations and account analyses • Ensure alignment between subledgers and the general ledger • Reconcile internal records to external bank statements • Investigate and resolve variances • Partner with cross-functional teams to record accruals, prepaids, and other financial transactions accurately and timely • Analyze P&L fluctuations and balance sheet activity • Identify trends and explain variances to management • Support forecasting and financial reporting activities • Provide ad hoc analysis and insights for key stakeholders • Support internal and external audits with audit-ready documentation and responses • Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts • Enhance efficiency and strengthen financial controls

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 2+ years of progressive accounting experience • Strong knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle preferred • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Ability to present financial information clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working remotely
