• Manage complex supplier and customer pricing and membership agreements • Review wholesale, supplier, and customer agreements and ensure pricing and eligibility are loaded correctly • Analyze supplier bid awards and contract structures to determine system hierarchy and customer access • Ensure pricing and membership setup aligns with contract terms, vendor requirements, and internal standards • Maintain an assigned supplier and customer portfolio, monitor updates, and resolve discrepancies • Partner across teams on strategic, intercompany, and day-to-day pricing and membership needs • Review agreement language and provide subject matter expertise for business decisions • Support implementation of new and amended pricing and membership agreements • Analyze pricing and membership data to identify trends, gaps, and issues • Investigate and resolve escalated pricing, membership, and claim issues • Support reporting, complete follow-up actions, and collaborate with business intelligence teams to improve reporting • Help assign incoming work and support team workflow • Train and support new team members and share best practices • Identify process and system improvements and contribute to efficiency, accuracy, and service projects
• 3 or more years of experience in a B2B manufacturing or distribution environment • Experience working with contract pricing, membership eligibility, customer access, or related agreement administration • Experience reviewing and interpreting complex contracts, pricing terms, or business agreements • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Vistex, Oracle, or similar platforms • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data entry skills • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including experience with Excel formulas • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment • Associate degree or higher (preferred) • SharePoint experience (preferred) • Experience supporting supplier and customer pricing programs in a complex business environment (preferred) • Experience training others, reviewing teamwork, or serving as a subject matter resource (preferred) • For home working, cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload • Availability to work 10am–7pm EST
