📋 Description

• Establish and maintain operational governance frameworks, controls, monitoring processes, and oversight mechanisms for the Individual Dental organization • Lead governance forums, operational reviews, performance discussions, quality assurance programs, audits, scorecards, and monitoring processes • Analyze quality trends and implement corrective action, performance improvement, training, coaching, and process enhancement initiatives • Lead knowledge management, documentation, business readiness, knowledge transfer, and operational change adoption activities • Lead operational compliance and risk management activities, including audit responses, compliance reviews, and control evaluations • Govern strategic vendors, including vendor performance reviews, service levels, escalations, compliance, and continuous improvement • Lead business testing for system implementations, product launches, operational changes, and strategic initiatives, including user acceptance testing and readiness assessments • Lead day-to-day Individual Dental operations, establishing priorities, monitoring performance, and addressing service disruptions, risks, and incidents • Oversee enrollment operations, billing and premium administration, financial reconciliation, and customer account management • Lead customer operations, contact center performance, escalations, complaint management, issue resolution, service quality, and customer satisfaction • Lead operational reporting and business intelligence, including scorecards, dashboards, metrics, executive reporting, forecasting, and operational planning • Provide oversight of Dental Claims operations performed by Enterprise Operations organizations • Lead and develop high-performing teams across quality assurance, knowledge management, compliance, risk, testing, vendor governance, customer operations, reporting, and business operations functions • Partner with Operations, Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, PMO, Procurement, Audit, Privacy, Risk Management, and enterprise operations leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operational excellence, quality assurance, compliance, risk management, business operations, healthcare operations, or related disciplines • Demonstrated experience leading quality, governance, compliance, testing, operational effectiveness, or risk management functions • Strong understanding of operational controls, audit methodologies, risk management frameworks, governance practices, and compliance oversight • Experience managing complex vendor relationships and performance governance programs • Knowledge of testing methodologies, operational readiness practices, and implementation support activities • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and organizational change • Experience working in highly regulated environments • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills • Experience leading teams in matrixed organizations preferred
