📋 Description

• Support Account Executives with incoming inquiries from existing clients and brokers • Gather critical information, assess inquiry type and complexity, and process or direct work to appropriate teams • Communicate professionally, set expectations, and provide status and resolution updates • Resolve complex client inquiries and non-routine problems using internal resources and independent judgment • Manage and monitor requests in internal systems and refer changes to appropriate support teams • Maintain oversight of delivery for timeliness and accuracy • Develop and maintain business partnerships to proactively manage service issues • Coordinate with internal business partners to meet client needs and avert potential problems • Support preparation of client materials covering benefits, services, billing, reporting, and self-administration tools • Participate in feedback and information exchange sessions • Collaborate with Client Service Advocates to implement and manage best practices and change adoption • Support Account Executives and Sales in achieving persistency, profitability, and growth objectives

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent previously related work experience • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a client/customer service insurance environment • Working knowledge of insurance products (Accidental Injury, Critical Illness and Hospital Care) preferred • Ability to multitask, manage and resolve issues with a take-charge attitude • Ability to navigate and develop relationships with internal business partners • Active listening, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail • Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Internet Explorer
