📋 Description

• Client Implementation & Delivery: Support end-to-end Workday Absence and Time Tracking implementations • Participate in discovery and design sessions to gather business requirements • Configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules • Assist in translating client needs into functional system design • Solution Design & Configuration: Configure key areas including: absence plans and accruals, time tracking rules and validations, work schedules and calendars, time entry, approvals, and exceptions • Support functional design documentation • Validate system configurations with client stakeholders • Testing & Deployment: Support system testing and validation • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) • Help guide clients through go-live readiness • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues • Post-Production Support: Support clients with enhancements and optimization • Provide guidance on Workday updates and new features • Assist with reporting and audit support related to Absence and Time Tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking experience • Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking certification preferred • Experience supporting Workday implementations or post-production support • Strong understanding of time tracking and leave policies • Ability to work directly with clients and gather requirements • Strong communication and organizational skills
