📋 Description

• Process and manage end-to-end payroll for U.S.-based employees • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations • Perform payroll tax calculations, filings, and reporting in accordance with U.S. requirements • Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner • Communicate with internal teams regarding payroll matters, updates, and issue resolution • Prepare and review payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies • Assist with payroll audits and support documentation requests related to payroll processes • Perform other tasks related to the position

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient level of English (written and spoken) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Minimum 4 years of experience processing U.S. payroll • Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll taxes, regulations, and compliance requirements • Experience handling multi-state payroll processes • Proficiency with payroll systems, payroll processing tools, and reporting platforms used in the United States • Experience with U.S. payroll tax filing systems • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive financial information accurately and confidentially • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage payroll-related issues effectively • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is strongly preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
