📋 Description

• Support the hiring process and help identify qualified candidates for various roles, particularly positions involving work with children • Post job openings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates • Screen resumes and conduct interviews, particularly for roles involving work with children • Assist with candidate onboarding and required documentation • Evaluate candidates to ensure they are a strong fit for positions working with children • Follow client training and adhere to established paperwork and internal processes • Maintain candidate records and update recruitment tracking systems • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process • Perform other tasks related to the position

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient level of English (written and spoken) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when screening candidates for roles working with children • Prior experience in recruiting or human resources • Comfortable conducting candidate interviews • Experience using recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Out-of-the-box thinker, proactive, reliable, organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and confident approach • Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly • Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision • Ability to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern Time (New York time) business hours for at least four hours, specifically 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Interested in long-term career opportunities • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet
