📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and general correspondence • Reach out to existing and new clients to collect updated records • Collect consent for renewals • Ensure customer data accuracy • Assist with prospective client outreach • Gather initial inquiry details and qualify leads • Triage client needs and transfer requests to licensed Client Service Specialists when insurance-licensed guidance or transactions are required • Deliver exceptional customer service • Assist with new client enrollment and existing client renewals while working alongside licensed Agents

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background in client management, account support, or consultative sales • Exceptional verbal and written communication with demonstrated phone presence • Solution-oriented mindset with ability to analyze issues and execute timely resolutions • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and remain open to evolving processes • Fast, accurate data entry capabilities • PC running Windows 7 or higher OR Mac running macOS 10.1 or higher • Dual-monitor setup with secondary monitor required • Hands-free headset • Working webcam • High-speed internet connection • Must operate as an established business entity • Active DBA (Doing Business As) required • Valid EIN (Employer Identification Number) required
