📋 Description

• Perform system analysis, development, build, and implementation for Epic Professional Billing and Claims • Provide end-user support for Billing and Claims • Develop, support, and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures • Conduct system testing and acceptance • Manage projects • Develop and implement Revenue Cycle best practices • Lead selection, development, implementation, and adoption of advanced clinical and financial systems for ambulatory process units

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, healthcare-related field, Information Systems, nursing, or related discipline, with associated experience • Associate's degree with more commensurate job-related experience may qualify • 5 to 7 years of experience • 5 years of Application Systems Analyst experience or relevant ambulatory Revenue Cycle background, including Charge Capture, Billing, Collections, or Claims • Epic application certification and experience preferred • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong attention to detail • Effective written and verbal communication with technical teams, managers, and end users • Problem-solving skills • Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems • Understanding of computer system capabilities and aptitude for addressing process requirements • Strong presentation skills, including presenting directly to management and clinicians
