📋 Description

• Support the safe, timely, and accurate processing of specialty medications for patients with Cystic Fibrosis • Work closely with pharmacists, clearance teams, concierge, and contact center partners to ensure efficient medication access • Manage complex workflows and coordinate outreach for CF therapies • Support turnaround time goals and patient experience standards • Work in CareCentral, RxHome, and TMW to shift resources based on workload and priority • Assist with prescription intake, task processing, escalations, and outbound calls • Make outbound calls to patients or providers for follow-up and coordination • Maintain quality, compliance, and accuracy while supporting timely access to therapies

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • 1+ year(s) of experience at Accredo/Evernorth • Must reside in Indiana, Ohio, or Florida • Valid Pharmacy Technician license required in Indiana, Ohio, or Florida • Active Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred • Basic math and computer skills, including Windows navigation, Microsoft applications, internet, and email • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to learn internal systems, processes, and programs • Cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload for home working
