📋 Description

• Sell and ensure best-in-class merchandising of Hershey products • Build displays, increase distribution of top-selling items, and replenish permanent secondary displays • Execute sales priorities and support retail strategy within an assigned territory • Use consultative selling, influence, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with store leadership and retailers • Develop and execute retail priorities before each store call • Sell and maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey items • Execute headquarters sales and merchandising plans across retailers • Achieve merchandising objectives using permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles • Report weekly activities, expenses, account changes, promotions, and administrative information • Report daily activities using tablets • Visit approximately 6–10+ accounts per day

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside within the listed territory zip codes: 94503, 94533, 94534, 94558, 94559, 94585, 94589, 94590, 94591, 95616, 95618, 95620, 95687, 95688, 95694 • Valid US state-issued driver's license • Personal vehicle in sound operating condition • Personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage, permitting business use • Must be able to drive long distances and make multiple daily sales calls • Ability to lift 10–40 lbs. regularly, with or without reasonable accommodations • Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity frequently, with or without reasonable accommodations • Ability to use tablet technology • Daily access to wireless internet • Flexibility and adaptability to territory coverage changes • Availability to work 20–25 hours per week • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • 3–4 years food merchandising experience preferred but not required
