📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential customers through digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, networking events, and direct outreach • Conduct proactive outreach to prospective clients through email, phone calls, social platforms, and other communication channels • Analyze and improve the customer journey from awareness to conversion • Monitor and evaluate customer acquisition and outreach KPIs and provide regular reports and insights • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align acquisition strategies and maintain consistent messaging • Oversee onboarding for new clients to support positive, long-term relationships • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities • Manage acquisition budgets and allocate resources strategically to meet targets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience in customer acquisition, client outreach, sales, or marketing roles • At least 2–5 years of experience in B2B client acquisition • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Strong relationship-building and client engagement skills
