β’ Build and maintain excellent client relationships throughout project delivery, ensuring clear communication and effective expectation management throughout the lifecycle of an assigned project. β’ Build direct relationships and trust with client marketing teams, offering expert guidance and support on creative content production β’ Proactively consider how decisions and actions may impact clients, responding quickly to their needs, resolving issues efficiently, and avoiding over-commitment β’ Identify potential project risks, create contingency plans, and escalate issues with commercial impact when appropriate β’ Identify areas of inefficiency or duplication, and proactively report and resolve with wider Account Management and studio teams β’ Identify opportunities to advance existing client relationship, with support from Account Director/Senior Account Manager β’ Take overall responsibility for delivering assigned projects, with support from wider Account Management team where required β’ Support senior team members on larger, more complex projects β’ Ensure effective adherence to agreed SLAs, KPIs, processes, project planning, WIP reporting, QC processes β’ Provide administrative support, including preparing internal and client reports, scheduling meetings, developing timelines and deadlines, and tracking KPIs β’ Collaborate with other regional Account Management teams to share knowledge, resources and best practices β’ Recognize the importance of account administration, including issuing contact reports and weekly status updates
β’ At least 2 yearβs production or creative agency experience β’ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written β’ Organized and efficient, with an entrepreneurial attitude β’ Impeccable attention to detail in your work, processes, presentations and written communication β’ Sociable, likeable and willing to be part of a great team β’ Comfortable and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment β’ Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and the subsequent communications β’ Keen to learn and get stuck into new opportunities or workstreams β’ A natural problem solver and innovator that can find a solution or educated response to any client requirement or request β’ A serious passion for production including emerging technologies β’ Experience using Project Management and Asset Management systems, specifically Monday.com, is a plus β’ An interest in art is a bonus β’ Ability to work out of the clientβs offices in Midtown Manhattan at least 3-4 days per week
