📋 Description

• Design, staff, and scale a centralized Central Operations function for multi-state provider support, credentialing, and scheduling • Centralize and automate medical-record retrieval, auditing, and processing • Build and manage laboratory ordering and results-routing pipelines • Architect centralized inbound and outbound referral management infrastructure • Optimize Fee-For-Service revenue capture and Value-Based Care workflows • Evaluate, procure, and implement workflow automation tools • Standardize and execute operational launch and integration playbooks for partner facilities • Integrate Central Operations with facility workflows and systems such as PointClickCare and MatrixCare • Establish implementation timelines and joint operational steering committees with facility leadership • Lead training, adoption, and change-management initiatives for facility staff • Optimize clinician schedules, travel times, and patient-facing hours • Partner with product teams to streamline the ChartEasy proprietary EHR • Automate administrative routing for documentation, lab tracking, and prior authorizations • Develop Value-Based Care risk-model tooling and hospitalization-prevention tracking systems • Ensure data exchange among Central Operations, remote patient monitoring platforms, and facility partners • Manage and optimize the daytime telemedicine team and cross-footprint coverage • Coordinate telemedicine resources for new LEAD facility launches • Create executive productivity scorecards covering utilization, billing velocity, lab turnaround, referral conversion, and value-based outcomes • Use analytics to identify underperforming workflows and drive process interventions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of operational leadership experience building or scaling a Centralized Operations/MSO hub within a fast-growing healthcare organization • Proven experience managing and scaling high-volume Medical Records (HIM), laboratory routing systems, and referral coordination departments • Deep hands-on experience balancing Fee-For-Service operational metrics with Value-Based Care workflows • Proven success leading complex, multi-site operational rollouts with external healthcare enterprise/facility partners • Proven experience deploying technologies and tools that increase clinical team capacity and decrease administrative burden • Deep familiarity with the post-acute care ecosystem, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and senior care networks • Experience overseeing telemedicine operations or clinical coverage logistics • Bachelor's degree required • Advanced financial modeling • Risk-assessment frameworks • Contract negotiation expertise • Proficiency with healthcare analytics platforms • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
