📋 Description

• Conduct discovery meetings with qualified leads generated by the marketing team • Engage qualified clients to discuss tax planning and accounting services • Utilize the firm’s lead database to identify additional sales opportunities • Understand prospects’ pain points and identify how services can deliver value • Become an expert in the firm’s service offerings and communicate solutions to client challenges • Analyze client needs and present relevant solutions • Route complex opportunities to appropriate executives for further development and closure • Close deals and achieve quarterly sales goals • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and the existing lead list • Research accounts, identify key players, and create tailored outreach strategies • Cultivate channel-partner relationships to build pipelines and close deals • Work autonomously in a fast-paced, modern accounting firm environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Proven success in inside sales, with a strong track record of exceeding goals • Professional video presence • Experience managing 7+ calls per day • Experience utilizing Hubspot, ClickUp, or similar CRM • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong listening and presentation skills • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills • Must currently live and work from a U.S. location • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must not require current or future sponsorship to work in the United States • Clean and professional background (or blurred background) • No noise or other distractions in the background • Dedicated workspace or room • Business casual attire for client interactions • Always use video for client interactions
