📋 Description

• Provide advanced technical support and assistance for sophisticated Materials and Structural Analysis electron microscopy equipment and systems • Ensure efficient equipment and system performance • Lead high-complexity problem-solving efforts • Help supervisors and/or service managers raise the technical skills of Field Service Engineers • Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations and contractual obligations • Provide strategic feedback and technical advice to senior management • Engage internal and external customers to align service offerings with business needs • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment • Support professional technical development and career growth of the engineering team • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechatronics, mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering, or equivalent • 8+ years of experience in SEM, FIB, LDB, or a related field • Extensive experience repairing high-tech systems • Advanced problem-solving skills • Strong mentoring skills • Ability to travel frequently • Excellent communication skills in English • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
