📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, distributing projects and markets based on individual strengths and priorities. • Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates from our OneForma pool to meet specific project demands. • Manage the entire recruitment process, from application tracking to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates. • Provide regular updates to the Project Recruitment Manager on project progress and recruitment metrics. • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a recruitment or talent acquisition setting. • 2+ years of experience leading teams. • Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contingent workers. • Strong understanding of the AI industry and related roles (a plus). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in creating and managing recruitment dashboards. • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
