📋 Description

• Oversee multiple projects • Set methods of daily production reporting and review important data • Compile timekeeping records for management-level approval and submission • Approve time-off requests • Help drive Lean implementation among team members • Monitor project budget spending • Approve equipment requests and spending • Conduct interviews for PM-level positions and decide on hiring • Meet with clients to provide updates on ongoing projects • Address project issues on a financial level • Work with PMs and SPMs to ensure appropriate coverage of duties within process flows • Initiate timely process changes and updates and ensure implementation by team members • Collect and initiate process improvements, eliminate waste, and enhance process efficiency • Review End of Day reporting for assigned project process flows • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs • Perform additional duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• College/University degree • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • Extensive experience in online communication • Extensive experience in project management • Basic knowledge of Power BI and internet-based platforms • Willingness to work overtime if necessary • Remote, office, or hybrid work environment depending on the specific position • Leadership qualities, including ability to give and take feedback, recognize when to delegate, and demonstrate confidence • Ability to understand and give directions and perform time-bound tasks accurately and efficiently • Detail-oriented problem-solving mindset • Organized and focused enough to work independently as a role player within a team environment
