📋 Description

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies supporting company growth objectives • Build and strengthen relationships with independent agency partners • Manage agency appointments, performance, profitability, and growth opportunities • Recruit, develop, and lead Regional Sales Managers to achieve sales goals • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities • Establish and track key performance indicators, adjusting strategies to deliver results • Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and other business partners to support agency success • Lead agency meetings, training programs, and development initiatives • Provide strategic market insights and direction to drive profitable territory growth

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of property and casualty insurance experience • At least 3 years in a leadership role • Proven success developing and executing sales strategies with measurable results • Strong understanding of insurance products, agency distribution, and market dynamics • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action • Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams, Dynamics, SharePoint, and Power BI • Track record of meeting or exceeding business objectives • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field • CIC or CPCU designation required • Valid driver's license required • Additional industry certifications or advanced degree preferred • Insurance agent's license preferred
