📋 Description

• Coordinate and support cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Strategy, Development, Security, and other functions • Use organizational tools and platforms to organize, communicate, and deliver work effectively • Maintain proactive communication on task status, deadlines, risks, and work visibility • Plan, attend, document, and distribute notes for cross-functional meetings • Support change management through training materials and rollout and adoption activities • Coordinate end-to-end large-scale feature launches, including pre-launch planning, stakeholder alignment, logistics, post-launch follow-through, Hypercare, and continuity • Create or support reporting efforts in project management and workforce management platforms • Own assigned work, clarify scope, establish timelines, and drive tasks to completion • Resolve problems and blockers independently and provide solutions and recommendations • Coordinate logistics, materials, and communications for large-scale operational onsite programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience • 4+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, program management, or a related function • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams accurately under pressure • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to absorb, synthesize, and convey large volumes of information to varied audiences, including Leadership and Team Leads • Proactive stakeholder communication, anticipation of needs, and follow-through • Strong active listening, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances • Functional comfort with data and reporting, including interpreting reports, contributing structured data inputs, and building reporting views • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook • Proficiency with Atlassian Suite: Confluence and Jira • Ability to research and incorporate emerging technology to streamline operations and enhance productivity • Ability to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship • Experience with Figma and data visualization tools a plus • Experience supporting or facilitating trainings, workshops, or product rollouts a plus • Healthcare experience a plus • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
