📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day business operations of BRG's Healthcare Consulting practice • Partner with practice leadership to drive operational excellence, financial performance, resource management, and process improvement • Manage engagement economics, including WIP monitoring, billing cadence, collections support, and write-off review • Lead resource planning and staffing, matching consultant skills and availability to engagement demands • Monitor consultant utilization and bench; flag underutilization and staffing gaps • Coordinate hiring forecasts, workforce planning, headcount tracking, and consultant onboarding • Support capacity planning and scenario modeling for growth, seasonal demand shifts, and large-pipeline pursuits • Design, document, and implement standardized internal processes and workflows • Lead continuous-improvement initiatives and maintain practice playbooks, templates, and knowledge repositories • Evaluate technology tools and liaise with BRG IT on deployment, access provisioning, and system support • Manage the business development pipeline from lead identification through proposal submission and win/loss outcome • Coordinate RFP responses, proposal timelines, submission logistics, and go/no-go decision support • Maintain pipeline dashboards and track BD metrics, trends, and process improvements • Coordinate thought-leadership publications, conferences, and client-event logistics with Marketing • Maintain CRM data hygiene and reporting • Coordinate with Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance shared services • Support leadership meetings, offsites, and strategic planning sessions • Manage compliance with firm policies, engagement risk reviews, conflicts checks, and quality assurance protocols • Track practice KPIs and strategic initiatives and maintain leadership dashboards • Coordinate practice-wide communications and internal events • Partner with leadership and HR on performance management, calibration, ratings, and promotion cycles • Coordinate training and professional development programs • Support retention, engagement, and culture-building initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations management, practice management, business operations, or program management, preferably within professional services or consulting • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including P&L management, utilization tracking, and profitability analysis • Proven experience designing and implementing operational processes and process-improvement initiatives • Experience coordinating cross-functionally with Finance, HR, IT, and other shared services teams • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, healthcare administration, or a related field • Graduate degree preferred • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills • Advanced proficiency with Excel and business intelligence or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives to completion in a fast-paced environment • Prior practice-management or business-operations experience within a management consulting firm preferred • Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including health systems, payers, or healthcare services organizations preferred • Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
