📋 Description

• Conduct remote quality assurance evaluations according to established project guidelines. • Assess customer interactions across phone, email, live chat, websites, and digital platforms. • Evaluate professionalism, communication skills, product knowledge, responsiveness, accuracy, and overall customer experience. • Document objective findings and complete comprehensive evaluation reports. • Submit reports accurately and within required deadlines. • Upload supporting documentation, screenshots, or receipts when applicable. • Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and evaluation assignments. • Ensure all work meets established quality and reporting standards. • Communicate professionally with project coordinators when clarification or additional information is needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical and observational abilities. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. • Basic computer proficiency, including internet navigation and online reporting systems. • Reliable high-speed internet connection. • Access to a desktop computer, laptop, or smartphone. • Previous experience evaluating customer interactions or completing quality assessments is beneficial but not required. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or web-based reporting platforms is preferred.
