📋 Description

• Answer incoming member, field, and client phone calls • Process new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers, distributions, and non-routine or complex transactions • Process “not in good order” items • Make outbound calls as required • Ensure service activities are fast, accurate, cost-effective, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory standards • Provide support for policy and procedure development and quality assessments • Manage workflow and provide functional coverage within the brokerage operations team • Maintain knowledge of brokerage products, services, affiliated NFS and Thrivent systems, and operational procedures • Build professional relationships with field professionals, clearing firm, and internal business units • Analyze, approve, and process transactions within service-level timeframes • Communicate account operational status accurately and promptly • Achieve or exceed department quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• High school education • 1–2 years of related experience • Strong written and communication skills • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and applicable financial reporting tools • Experience with Envestnet, Wealthscape, Netx360, or related wealth management systems • FINRA Series 7 and 63/65, or 66 required, or obtained within 90 days of hire • Ability to work day and/or evening shifts according to volume forecasts • Preferred: college degree or equivalent work experience in a brokerage/advisory environment • Preferred: 3+ years of customer service experience • Preferred: 2+ years of industry experience
