📋 Description

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians toward financial clarity and lives of service and faith • Provide personal, actionable, and achievable financial advice • Connect clients to Thrivent products and programs • Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships across generations • Serve clients in a chosen community • Make client appointments through personal networks and Thrivent’s reputation • Deliver financial workshops • Market the financial advisory practice • Control and manage work schedule • Collaborate with colleagues and organizational specialists • Build and grow the advisory business with support from business development, marketing, technology, engagement, and experienced advisors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Attainment of FINRA SIE before contracting • Life and health licenses before contracting for the licensed role • Satisfactory background check • Fingerprinting • Securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable • Self-disciplined, independent, and driven to succeed • Motivated by helping others and seeing them achieve their goals • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach or guide • Passion for serving others and generosity • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships • Military veterans are encouraged to apply
