📋 Description

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians toward financial clarity and lives of service and faith • Provide personal, actionable, and achievable financial advice • Connect clients to Thrivent products and programs • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships across generations • Serve clients in a chosen community • Make client appointments through personal networks and Thrivent’s reputation • Deliver financial workshops • Market the financial advisory practice • Control and manage a flexible schedule • Build the business with support from business development, marketing, technology, engagement, and experienced advisor specialists

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Attainment of FINRA SIE before contracting • Life and health licenses before contracting for the licensed role • Satisfactory background check • Fingerprinting • Securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable • Self-disciplined, independent, and driven to succeed • Motivated by helping others achieve their goals • Strong interpersonal skills • Interest in serving the communities where clients live, work, and worship
