📋 Description

• Screen candidates' resumes and verify qualifications • Identify high-priority openings and source candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and other creative methods • Conduct 25–30 interviews per week and determine the best fit across Talk Therapy • Follow up on and close offers, then assist with onboarding • Utilize Workday ATS software to track candidates in real time • Fill 4–5 Talk Therapy hires per week per recruiter • Work with the Clinical Talent Team to fulfill hiring priorities • Report to the Director of Talent • Recruit experienced clinical professionals to staff and grow business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Professional and articulate communication skills • Effective time management skills • Aptitude to work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail • Experience working within a fast-paced professional recruiting role • Ability to work full-time (9:00 am-6:00 pm) with schedule flexibility • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment • Positive attitude and teachable demeanor • Strong attention to detail • Understanding a sense of urgency • Organizational skills • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of education/experience • 1 - 3 years of recruiting experience required; healthcare recruiting experience is preferred • 1 - 3 years of experience with recruiting tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. • Experience with G Suite software • Ability to pass a background check • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, either now or in the future
