📋 Description

• Provide psychiatric assessments and evaluations in an ongoing telemedicine capacity • Provide care to diverse clients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health conditions • Prescribe medication to reduce mental health symptoms as needed • Create and collaborate with clients on care plans • Complete and/or administer appropriate paperwork and assessment tools • Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines • Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding clients, programs, and services • Treat primarily adults and adolescents, with willingness to treat clients aged 14 and up

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certification required • Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority required in the state • 1 year of psychiatry practice is required • Understanding of AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus • Three years of experience is a plus • Must be licensed and living in Arizona • Availability for 15 hours per week in evenings or on weekends • Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and up • Completion of in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a brief exam • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
