📋 Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries through shared HR inboxes, office hours, and other communication channels • Provide guidance and support on company policies, performance management, employee relations concerns, and corrective action • Support and suggest appropriate workplace accommodations and support return-to-work processes and fit-for-duty employee returns, partnering with internal stakeholders and third-party administrators • Support HR initiatives, compliance, and recordkeeping throughout the employee lifecycle • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and recommend solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency • Participate in special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Two or more years of professional Human Resources experience • At least one year of experience managing complex employee relations matters, including coaching managers and resolving workplace concerns • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and applicable leave laws • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills • Experience supporting a multi-state workforce • Experience working within Workday (HRIS) and a workforce ticketing/email system (FreshService) preferred • Experience supporting a fully remote workforce preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship, either now or in the future
