📋 Description

• Grow and expand Thryv’s SaaS clients in the local business market • Build a personal sales pipeline through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting • Meet predetermined sales quotas • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within an assigned territory • Identify local business owners who fit Thryv’s platform • Secure new SaaS clients through networking, referrals, and company prospecting programs • Execute operational processes, client/prospect engagement cadences, product and demo certifications, order entry, and centralized intake requirements • Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey • Partner with marketing and technology departments on sales strategy and product enhancements • Build and manage a book of business • Conduct more than 50% of work outside the home office

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required, preferably in a SaaS role or company • 2+ years of experience in an outbound, full-sales-cycle role required • Industry knowledge and ability to learn the Thryv product suite • Exceptional written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills • Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability • Ability to build relationships and manage expectations • Time-management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment and follow established processes and procedures • Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to learn new programs and systems • High-speed internet, acceptable office setting, and proper business attire required for remote work • Valid driver's license and personal transportation required • Must live local to Kansas City, Kansas, within a 1-hour commute
