Their processes minimize documentation and require exterior appraisals on purchases to speed closings; they also plan to offer rental property and bridge loans.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers regarding construction holdbacks and draw processes • Monitor and manage the [email protected] inbox and respond to draw requests promptly • Schedule and coordinate property inspections with approved third-party inspection vendors • Liaise between borrowers and inspection companies to ensure timely site visits • Review inspection reports for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with requested draw amounts • Review project budgets, invoices, lien waivers, and supporting documentation to validate draw eligibility • Evaluate inspection findings against submitted documentation to confirm work completion • Analyze remaining loan funds and construction budgets to determine appropriate disbursement amounts • Coordinate with Accounting/Finance to facilitate timely and accurate funding of approved draws • Verify wire instructions, funding amounts, and borrower details before disbursement • Maintain accurate records of draw activity and borrower status • Update draw information in internal company systems and servicing platforms • Generate reports tracking construction progress, fund utilization, and draw history • Support the Controller and Operations team with lending, servicing, and administrative projects • Assist with process documentation, workflow improvements, and system updates • Provide reporting and data analysis support related to loans • Support adjacent operational functions during periods of high volume or team growth

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with budgeting, Construction Management and/or Real Estate Development • 1-2 years of experience as a Draw Administrator preferred • Prior banking and/or lending support experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant job experience preferred • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Proficiency in Excel • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment • Ability to learn and implement new procedures, platforms, and operational processes • High ethical standards, discretion, and precision when reviewing financial documentation and approving fund disbursements
