📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end analytics and transformation initiatives from problem definition through implementation • Partner with senior business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into actionable analytics solutions • Drive initiatives across demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supply planning, procurement, logistics, and operational performance • Lead and mentor cross-functional analytics teams and ensure high-quality delivery • Develop analytical frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and insights for strategic decision-making • Manage client relationships and communicate recommendations to senior leadership • Identify opportunities to leverage data, analytics, and AI/ML to improve supply chain efficiency and business outcomes • Contribute to solution development, proposals, and client expansion opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, data-driven strategy, or a related field • Strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience is mandatory • Good understanding of supply chain processes and business challenges • Experience leading large-scale analytics or transformation programs • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior/executive stakeholders • Exposure to AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data products • Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or cloud/data platforms • Ability to translate complex business problems into practical, data-driven solutions
