📋 Description

• Promote and sell premium, high-ticket personal and leadership development programs • Connect with prospective clients and build professional relationships • Understand prospects' goals and present relevant programs • Answer questions and support qualified prospects through the enrollment process • Follow up with qualified prospects and manage professional relationships • Use digital communication, marketing resources, social media platforms, training, and established systems • Follow established systems and processes • Manage independent business activities • Continue developing sales, communication, and leadership skills • Build an independent business focused on personal development, leadership education, and professional growth

🎯 Requirements

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable discussing and selling premium programs • Open to learning sales, marketing, and business development • Interested in personal growth and leadership • Comfortable using digital platforms and online communication • Willing to invest time, effort, and resources into developing the business • Ready to move beyond the traditional 9-to-5 career structure • Experience in sales, leadership, management, consulting, coaching, marketing, education, customer relations, entrepreneurship, or professional services is helpful but not required • Independent contractor/self-employment status • Must understand and accept results-based compensation • Proficiency in English is requested on the application form
