📋 Description

• Own the Cyber vertical and its P&L, including strategy, target segments, partner selection, program design, growth path, and performance metrics • Take the CodeAnt pilot from manual submissions to an embedded experience • Build repeatable distribution across MSPs, MSSPs, compliance and trust platforms, cloud and developer tooling, and AI-native security players • Source, pitch, and close brand partnerships • Structure commercial terms, partner compensation, and revenue share • Manage the Coalition relationship, negotiate commission structure and authority, and add capacity partners • Partner with Product and Engineering to design native quoting, binding, and post-purchase flows • Monitor submission quality, conversion, claims experience, and partner performance • Improve program operations and resolve issues • Develop the underwriting thesis using partner security data and lead related carrier work • Represent Tint with carriers, brokers, security platforms, and the broader cyber market • Track cyber insurance trends, threats, and regulation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in cyber insurance — underwriting, broking, program management, or the MGA/insurtech side of the market • Direct experience building or launching a cyber insurance program, or early-stage experience at a technology-led cyber carrier or MGA • Working knowledge of ransomware and extortion, data breach and privacy liability, network security failure, business interruption, and social engineering or funds transfer fraud • Fluency in the security tooling landscape and ability to discuss security stacks with CTOs or CISOs • Experience working with carriers, MGAs, brokers, or reinsurers to secure capacity and negotiate authority and commission structures • Track record of sourcing and closing partnerships • Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience building something without an established playbook • Comfort owning a number and being measured on it • Experience in fast-moving environments such as startups, MGAs, or program administrators • Preferred: experience with MSPs, MSSPs, compliance platforms, or security software vendors • Preferred: embedded insurance or digital distribution experience • Preferred: data-driven or security-signal-based cyber underwriting experience • Preferred: partner-facing or API-based distribution experience • Preferred: surplus lines placement experience, including filings and tax obligations • Preferred: certifications such as RPLU, CIC, CPCU, CISSP, or Security+ • Must be located in the US ideally; Tint cannot support candidates requiring employer visa sponsorship
