📋 Description

• Build AS-IS and TO-BE architecture models in VA-prescribed DoDAF/UAF formats • Own the SAFe Architectural Runway and each product's Solution Architecture Package • Align designs to the VA Technical Reference Model, Zero Trust strategy, and VAEC/VA Platform One hosting • Advise on FHIR, ESB/EAI, API, and VALIP integration patterns • Advise on cloud migration • Support ATO decisions • Support DevSecOps maturity assessments • Support decommissioning alternatives

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience, including 10+ years of enterprise or solution architecture on large federal programs • Expert / Level IV or well-qualified Senior / Level III qualification • Experience with DoDAF/UAF architecture models and solution architecture packages • Cloud and integration architecture experience with AWS, Azure, VAEC, FHIR, and ESB/API • VA or federal health architecture experience • Knowledge of VA TRM and Zero Trust strategy • Experience with ATO and DevSecOps maturity assessments • Data platform architecture experience with Databricks and OpenShift • Bachelor's degree required • Certified SAFe Architect certification • Red Hat Certified Engineer in Cloud-Native Applications certification • Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust • Must be able to obtain a VA PIV credential • AWS or Azure Solutions Architect certification preferred • Master's degree preferred
