📋 Description

• Active daily outbound outreach via phone, email (Outlook), LinkedIn and other channels • Identify and develop new opportunities within target accounts (including FMCG, banking, telco, digital platforms) • Strategically engage decision-makers across various industries • Book qualified meetings for our Business Development team • Confident use of our CRM for targeted, effective outreach • Research industries, challenges and potential of your contacts • Build a strong professional network, especially via LinkedIn • Clearly and convincingly communicate the TLC value proposition • Tactfully convert skepticism into genuine interest

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, outbound sales or prospecting • Strong communication skills and an ability to build trust quickly • Solution-oriented mindset; a "no" motivates you • Curiosity and interest in new industries and business trends • Technical aptitude, CRM experience and affinity for social selling • High emotional intelligence and a clear customer focus • Self-motivation and enjoyment of teamwork • Professionalism, integrity and a positive attitude
