📋 Description

• Manage deployment and activation of telecommunications products and services for public-sector, regulated, and Small and Medium Business customers • Ensure timely and accurate service delivery execution • Adhere to governance and compliance requirements throughout service delivery activities • Maintain accurate documentation and operational discipline • Coordinate with Operations, Network, Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams • Identify and escalate delivery or compliance issues • Recommend process enhancements to optimize service reliability • Monitor service delivery performance metrics against organizational standards and customer expectations

🎯 Requirements

• 0–3 years’ experience managing B2B service delivery projects for public-sector or regulated customers with strict compliance and governance requirements • 0–3 years’ experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Operations, Network, Engineering, Security, and Compliance • 0–3 years’ experience maintaining accurate documentation and operational discipline in telecommunications or technology service environments • Comprehensive understanding of governance and compliance requirements for public-sector and regulated customers • Knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and deployment processes • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and operational discipline • Skill coordinating cross-functional relationships and service transitions • Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve delivery or compliance issues • Proficiency in established service delivery processes and protocols • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple deployments and activations simultaneously • At least 18 years of age • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred
