• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities • Acting as a trusted advisor to diagnose client challenges • Navigating large organizations and securing buy-in from executives • Leading the development of proposals and negotiating contracts • Maintaining records in CRM systems for accurate sales forecasts • Consistently meeting or surpassing revenue objectives • Maintaining a robust sales funnel significantly higher than assigned quota • Mastering a repeatable sales process and adhering to time management • Partnering with marketing and product teams for feedback • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to overall strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills • Deep knowledge of product offerings and the competitive landscape • The ability to read nonverbal cues and adjust approaches • Capacity to handle rejection and persist through long, complex sales cycles • Comfortable leveraging internal AI tools
