📋 Description

• Dedicate time and effort to learn products and support processes while handling simpler customer interactions. • Respond to support tickets with assistance, helping users operate company software, supporting customer training and demos, and escalating complex issues appropriately. • Support software testing activities while developing proficiency in testing tools, processes, and product behavior. • Execute assigned tests, assist with software and hardware testing, document test results, and learn to identify and report defects. • Provide support when needed for internal IT and business operations in support of the development, product, marketing, and sales teams. • Communicate customer feedback and feature requests to Application Engineer team leads and Product Management.

🎯 Requirements

• No prior experience required. • Technology-related degree is not required, but is a bonus. • Experience in the construction industry, 3D modeling, laser scanning, or software development are not required, but are a bonus. • Comfortable in a technical environment. • Great verbal and written communication and collaboration skills. • Great customer service skills. • Good at switching tasks quickly in a complex environment.
