📋 Description

• Develop and execute a sales plan • Research market opportunities • Generate qualified sales leads • Prospect for customers through telemarketing and email • Secure new business and support current customers • Close new business • Use CRM for customer management, activity and follow-up • Attend trade shows and customer events • Cultivate long-term customer relationships • Clearly articulate and demonstrate the company’s value proposition to prospects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • 1–5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction industry • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills • Ability to use CRM for customer management, activity and follow-up • Willingness to learn Autodesk software products and the AEC industry • Willingness to make 30+ calls per day • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many overlapping priorities • Ability to develop solutions with little guidance • Team oriented • Positive attitude • Attention to detail • Strong work ethic, competitive, self-starter, high energy and results oriented • History of achieving personal and professional goals
