📋 Description

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact. • Understand client business goals and develop strategic plans to support those goals. • Identify opportunities for account growth and work with internal teams to develop and implement strategies. • Oversee the delivery of services to ensure they meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget. • Track and report on account performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders. • Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise, ensuring client satisfaction. • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Prefer Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proven experience in managing projects and delivering results. • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and business environments. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
