📋 Description

• Provide PMO/Capability Development Manager cybersecurity support per DoDI 8500.01 • Assess and continuously monitor cybersecurity risk and ensure capabilities adhere to RMF, CSF, NIST, and ISCM standards • Complete and maintain required cybersecurity certification in accordance with AFMAN 17-1303 • Maintain current and accessible AF IT cybersecurity documentation • Support authorization to operate, approval to connect, and corrective actions in plans of actions and milestones • Coordinate development of an ISCM strategy with PM and AO staffs • Monitor proposed and actual system and environmental changes • Continuously monitor IT environments for security-relevant events • Assess configuration changes and security-control implementation quality • Report cybersecurity events and configuration changes affecting authorization or security posture • Ensure ISSOs and privileged users receive technical training and maintain required certifications and clearances • Ensure AF IT is properly acquired, documented, operated, used, maintained, and disposed of • Validate, evaluate, and analyze automated security-testing findings and developer adjudications • Document cybersecurity deficiencies, vulnerabilities, and change requests in DoD tracking systems

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship • Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of experience, including five years in the DoW; OR Bachelor's Degree and 12 years of experience, including five years in the DoW; OR 15 years of directly related experience with required certifications, including eight years in the DoW • Highly skilled in the relevant technical/professional field • Ability to perform tasks independently and oversee junior and journeyman contractor personnel • Advanced knowledge of the technical/professional discipline and ability to apply associated standards, procedures, and practices • Experience with access control, configuration management, system and communications protection, contingency planning, incident handling, system and information integrity, security/privacy training, and cybersecurity software development activities • Experience performing cybersecurity duties under DoDI 8500.01, AFI 17-130, and AFI 17-1301 • Experience validating and analyzing findings using Fortify, Checkmarx, SonarQube, or AppScan • Experience using DoD tracking systems such as Jira, HP ALM, and eMASS • Experience conducting information security continuous monitoring (ISCM) • Active T3/Secret security clearance, which must be maintained • Current personnel certification associated with DCWF ISSM work role 722 at advanced/senior proficiency, such as CISM, CISSO, FITSP-M, GCIA, GCSA, GCIH, GSLC, GICSP, CISSP-ISSMP, or CISSP • Preferred: Certified SCRUM Master or other Agile certifications • Preferred: Working knowledge of Agile Development methodology • Preferred: Experience with CheckMarx, SonarQube, Jira, Confluence, Maven, Jenkins, and Bitbucket • Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 schedule • Remote hire approved outside Ohio
