📋 Description

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for high-value accounts and foster long-term relationships • Lead client calls and present campaign results, performance insights, and recommendations • Advise clients on campaign optimizations, cross-channel expansion, and increased ROI • Partner with sales leaders to identify growth opportunities within key accounts • Ensure campaign proposals align with client objectives and business goals • Oversee targeting and strategy for key accounts • Guide clients through setup requirements including creative, pixels, and KPIs • Collaborate with Buying and Creative teams to launch campaigns efficiently • Act as the client-facing liaison for campaign performance, optimizations, revisions, and renewals • Translate analytics and performance data into actionable client insights • Provide recommendations for adjustments and upsells • Participate in regular virtual team meetings with camera on

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to confidently lead client calls, explain performance data, and make strategic recommendations • Comfortable advising executives and decision-makers on growth opportunities • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to simplify complex digital metrics for clients • 5+ years of digital advertising experience with programmatic, SEM, social, or multi-channel campaigns • Strong attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously • BA/BS degree preferred • Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
