📋 Description

• Manage sales pipelines and achieve digital revenue goals, both individually and across assigned markets • Develop new business opportunities independently and alongside local sales teams, while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts • Build relationships with local businesses, agencies, and Media Partners as a trusted advisor on digital marketing strategies and solutions • Partner with Spanish-speaking Media Partners and clients across Townsquare's owned markets to develop digital advertising strategies, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue • Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings and develop customized strategies aligned with client objectives • Own the pre- and post-sale process, ensuring campaign execution, client satisfaction, and measurable results • Analyze campaign performance and reporting to provide strategic recommendations, optimize results, and identify incremental revenue opportunities • Coach, mentor, and train local sales teams on digital advertising products, industry trends, and full-funnel selling strategies • Collaborate with market leadership and internal teams to develop scalable strategies and drive long-term revenue growth • Participate in regular virtual team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required • Proven track record of digital sales quota achievement • Proven track record of selling digital marketing products (Search, Social, Programmatic) • Proven track record of success in growing new business • Advanced knowledge and understanding of digital research tools and methodologies • Superior presentation, interpersonal & communications skills • BA/BS degree • Minimum 2 years of digital sales experience • PowerPoint, Excel experience • Valid Driver’s License and Car Insurance (required) • Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
